On this last day of 2014, I thought I’d take a moment to reflect and look back on what has been a very exciting year.
January saw the launch of Leverage Global Partners’ Leverage Lookbook and I was very honored to have a feature in their inaugural issue.
In February I attended the Cartoon Network’s Hall of Game Awards with my twin sons. It was a fun filled event filled with some of their heroes from the sports world.
March was an adventure! My husband, Don Diamont and I traveled to Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Don was there to film on location for The Bold & The Beautiful and support his fellow cast-mate Katherine Kelly Lang as she participated in the Abu Dhabi Triathalon.
In April I launched Cindy Ambuehl Lifestyle, previewed the Kaufman-Franco winter collection at Elyse Walker and traveled to one of the most wildly beautiful spots in the United States, The Mesa at Amangiri.
In May Partners Trust helped to sponsor CSQ Magazine’s issue launch party at The Whisper Lounge. The issue, featured real estate developer Rick Caruso, who has big plans to revitalize Swarthmore Ave in Pacific Palisades.
The Daytime Emmy Awards were held in June and we had a lovely time. (I also shared my favorite shops and designers that help me to get red carpet ready.)
The red carpet premiere of Ray Donovan was in July and I was so happy to attend as the guest of my friend, Deb Bradley, an exec with Turner Broadcasting.
In August, along with thousands of others, we took the ALS Ice-Bucket Challenge. My husband Don took the challenge and then challenged our son Zander Diamont and the Indiana University Football team. Zander challenged my good friend, actress Eva LaRue. Then, Eva challenged me….
So much cold water, but all for a great cause!
In September I attended a fabulous party at TV Producer Jeff Franklin’s amazing home to raise money for Operation USA. We had a great time and were even treated to a Beach Boys concert with John Stamos jumping in to help out on guitar!
October was a fantastic month! I made an exciting change – It might seem like a small detail, but I firmly believe that details are important things. It is my attention to detail that bring my real estate clients back again and again, and allows me to take great pride in what I do and the manner in which I do it. This month I was very excited to be the first Realtor in the state of California to switch over from a .com website and re-brand with a .luxury domain name.
CindyAmbuehl.luxury is something I am very proud of and hope you will visit often and sign up for my weekly email updates. I also was honored to speak on a panel at Inman’s Luxury Connect, a day long event at the iconic Beverly House.
Another big deal in October? The Hollywood Reporter included me on their list of Hollywood’s top 25 Real Estate Agents. I’m very honored and excited to have made that list!
I also have to share how excited my husband and I were to attend the Indiana University Hoosier’s homecoming game and see our son Zander, in his first college game, score a touchdown.
October was truly a good one for us!
One of my biggest endeavors of the year was in November. I participated in the PS Arts Express Yourself event last year and this year was bigger and better. I was thrilled to team up with The Duck Brand and Partners Trust again this year to help raise money for art education in under served schools. This event has its share of celebrity supporters and we had many of them stop by our booth.

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen this fun photo where Adam Scott and I are photo bombed by Joel McHale.
December has had me enjoying time with family and preparing for a fabulous new year. I’ve had great press coverage this year, was able to match buyers with their perfect home and help sellers to sell their homes and move on to their next one. I am looking forward to 2015 and all the potential that lies before us!
Wishing you and yours the happiest of new years and peace, prosperity and good health in 2015.
