Americafest at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena is billed as the largest fireworks show in Los Angeles. This is the 90th Annual Fourth of July Celebration at The Rose Bowl, and will feature special musical performances, motorcycle stunts, a presentation of the colors and the national anthem, as well as the largest fireworks show in Southern California. Parking lots open at 9:00 am but the celebration begins at 2pm and ending at 10pm, The fireworks show will begin at 9pm. You can purchase tickets here.
Climb aboard the beautiful Queen Mary in Long Beach, where your ticket to the event offers you the chance to enjoy live music and lounge all day while you enjoy family-friendly activities. This year the great ship will be be a “Tour” of the entire United States. From July 2nd to July 4th, the Bowl will feature Chicago, one of America’s most popular rock bands, and the Grammy®-winning hit-makers (“Saturday in the Park,” “You’re the Inspiration” etc.) Once the orchestra begins to play The Star Spangled Banner, fireworks will begin to light up the sky over the Hollywood Bowl. This block party in Downtown L.A. covers more than four city blocks. The party starts at 2:30 and at 9:00 Grand Park will light up the sky with a fireworks pyrotechnics display that is spectacular. The main stage of the event and viewing area is located between Hill Street and Grand Avenue and the cost of admission is free.
