With Valentine’s day behind us, that often means some people have wedding planning in their near future! Los Angeles has sunny skies and a variety of picturesque backdrops, making it a perfect place to find a venue to tie the knot. From sandy beaches to verdant vineyards to fabulous architecture, there is a location to fit any bride’s wedding day dreams. Here are some of my favorite wedding venues in Los Angeles.

Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills has more than 18 acres of gardens and features spectacular views of the bay and basin. The venue is convenient to the city but feels like an enchanting escape. From the gardens to the mansion’s first floor, picturesque elegance abounds.
Wattles Mansion and Gardens
The city owned Wattles Mansion is a restored structure designed in Mediterranean and mission style. The two story home, located on a knoll and surrounded by beautiful gardens, is a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding. The grounds offer a formal Spanish garden, a Japanese garden, an Italian Rose Garden, and several orchards.
The Sowden House

The Sowden House was designed in 1926 by famed architect, Lloyd Wright. Also known as the “Jaws House” or the “Franklin House”, this 6,000 square foot mansion is rectangular, with four connected wings enclosing a central courtyard. The distinctive design of this venue make it an excellent choice for weddings.
